CRYSA Mission and Values

Mission Statement

Our mission is to positively impact the development of youth in our community by providing soccer and life-enriching opportunities to young players of all ages and playing abilities, to create a lifelong passion for the sport of soccer, and to help raise the level of soccer in our city, our state and our nation. We strive to play an active role in the leadership, development and personal growth of our players and staff by being an active member of our community through service, partnerships and programs. Our ultimate goal as a club is to encourage, inspire and empower each player and coach to be able to reach the highest level possible within the game and in life, while helping create leaders and individuals that will inspire others to do the same.

Vision Statement

We are embarking on the most exciting era in the history of American soccer. Together, we have an extraordinary opportunity to inspire and impact millions of players, coaches, referees and fans of all ages. To guide this important work, CRYSA, with U.S. Soccer has outlined a strategy built around five ambitious pillars that will be imperative to our success moving forward:

  1. Grow the game.
  2. Foster the best playing environments.
  3. Develop winning teams.
  4. Grow the soccer economy to fuel reinvestment.
  5. Create a world-class organization.

We are committed to transparency and will continue to communicate updates as we execute our five key pillars. Working together, we are confident in our strategy and our ability to come together as a soccer family to make the most of this transformational moment.

Core Values

We will promote good sportsmanship and encourage high standards of performance and conduct on and off the field, requiring discipline, honesty, hard work, commitment, respect and humility.  This is inclusive of players, coaches and spectators.
